Mold found inside wall.

Mold was found in this commercial building following a water loss. Molds are able to grow without sunlight; mold only needs a viable spore, a nutrient source, moisture, and the right temperature to proliferate, making the back side of this sheet rocked wall a perfect place to grow.

When this mold was discovered, containing it is was a priority so that the spores didn't spread throughout the facility. We then cut out the affected areas applied antimicrobial, sanded and hepa vacuumed the wood framing.
