We Go the Extra Step

When we start a job whether it be fire, water, mold, or a simple carpet clean, our crew is trained to keep their eyes peeled for any other concerning issues that we can help fix. The photo that is displayed is one that came from a very happy customer's home. We went in to start a water mitigation and dry down. When we removed cabinets to make sure that the back of those were dry, we found none other than black mold. One of the most toxic out there. We immediately notified the owner and her adjuster, then contained it right away so that it could not spread into any other areas. We not only left the home owner's kitchen dry, we also treated the mold. The home owner was so pleased, she called in to say, in her words, "Thank you for taking the time to go that extra step, if it hadn't been for that, I would have never known there was mold in my kitchen." That call confirmed that our mission was accomplished!
